Tips for co-parenting with BPD ex

Some advice on how to co-parent with your dysfunctional personality disordered ex. Please always put your children's needs first, before your own. It is selfish to think that the kids would be happier if you reconciled, just because you can't get over your ex. More than anything children need stability and safety, and not going back and forth with you getting back together again and then breaking up again and so on. Be honest and discern what are your desires and what are your children's needs. Their needs come first.
