When BPD ex says they'll get help (therapy)
starting 2021 answering a question I'm often asked: "my ex says they will start seeking therapy, should we get back together now? will the relationship be better this time round, now that s/he says they will start working on themselves...? Maybe they have suggested couples counselling: will it work, now? In this video I share my perspective, to help you get clearer on where to go from here.
